Fixed Repair Charges
We operate a fixed labour charge depending on the type of appliance.
For freestanding appliances of a standard size the labour charge is £59.00.
For integrated appliances of a standard size the labour charge is £83.00.
For over sized appliances that are extra wide, for example range cookers the labour charge is £108.00
This means that no matter how long it takes, or even if we have to order a part and come back to complete the repair, you will only be charged the one fixed labour charge, plus the cost of any parts needed.
In instances where we can’t or do not repair your appliance due to the cost of the parts, we reduce our labour charge to £45.00.
You are free to rearrange your appointment up to 2 hours before I am due. I need 24 hours notice to cancel an appointment otherwise there is a charge of £25.
Guarantee
All OEM parts come with a 12 month guarantee for your complete peace of mind.
Pattern parts come with a 3 month guarantee.
